The Take 30 Challenge is designed with day by day instructions on how to live, eat, and feel better.

Our bodies are beautiful regardless of their size or shape. But we can’t forget the real reason why it’s so beautiful. It’s beautiful for allowing us to be here today and for all things it allows us to do in this life, so we have to learn to take care of it.

Taking time to take care of myself inside and out has completely changed my outlook on myself. Thirty pounds lighter, stronger mentally and physically and more secure with myself than ever before, I now have the tools to keep my health a priority. This journey has been a marathon and not a sprint and because of that I know more about myself than ever.

When people ask about my weight loss journey I tell them my key to success is from daily consistency with my macronutrient and fibre intake alongside fundamental habits like exercising, going for a daily walk, drinking 6-8 glasses of water, getting a good sleep, and keeping stress minimal. Do I do this every single day? I do not. Do I do this 80% of the time? You bet.

Habits are the base but you’ll need to build some baseline knowledge and awareness, too. Aside from habits, the course will focus on understanding the three macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates, and fats) and how obtaining the right mix of macronutrients will allow you to achieve nutrition success. You can’t change your body without first investing time into building your knowledge and awareness!.
