Hi there, I'm Nadia!
I completed my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition at the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon and am registered with the Saskatchewan College of Dietitians (SCD) and the College of Dietitians of Alberta (CDA). Having been a Saskatchewan girl for almost my whole life, I recently made the move to Calgary and am seeing clients virtually in both Saskatchewan and Alberta.
I have always been a bit of a foodie and believe that nutritious food can and should be delicious and fun! I love the roles food can play in our lives and the connection and joy it can create.
Prior to becoming a Registered Dietitian I studied holistic nutrition and obtained a diploma in Natural Nutrition. My approach to nutrition reflects a holistic approach and I aim to help clients achieve their health goals in a way that feels aligned and empowering for them. My goal as a Registered Dietitian is to help support clients in making nutrition exciting and accessible!
I have a special interest in pediatric nutrition, ARFID, selective/picky eating, introducing solids, pregnancy nutrition, fertility nutrition, breastfeeding nutrition, and women's health including PCOS, PMS/PMDD, endometriosis, peri-menopause, and menopause nutrition support.
