Hi there, I'm Hannah! I have always been passionate about food - eating it and learning about it! I completed my Nutrition Degree at the University of Saskatchewan and am currently a Registered Dietitian registered with the Saskatchewan Dietetic Association.
Prior to studying nutrition, I completed my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Saskatchewan and my Personal Training Certification through the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology (CSEP)! Eating disorder support and treatment as well as nutritional counselling for disordered eating is a primary focus in my dietetic practice.
I was born and raised in Saskatoon. I love this city for the river, trails, restaurants and most importantly, that you can get anywhere in 20 minutes or less!
I am so honoured to be part of the Vitality Nutrition team, where I can combine my knowledge in the areas of human physiology and movement with nutrition to help clients reach their health-related goals while improving their quality of life.
