Hear What Our Clients Have to Say!
I was initially hesitant to see a dietician because I was worried that it would be weight loss focused, which wasn’t my goal. I’m so glad I decided to give the Comprehensive Nutrition Coaching a chance anyway. Based off of my goals, I was matched with Hannah. She provided non-judgemental advice and worked with me to meet realistic goals each week. After the completing the program, I’ve had more energy and felt improvement in my gut health. Would highly recommend this program, especially if your benefits cover it!

I have worked with 2 other dietitians before and Courtney was the one who really helped me! What I love about the Comprehensive Nutrition Coaching is that we met every week. Each week I have a different question about my diet (even my hormones). Courtney helped me find solution to my specific needs. She gave me small little steps that is easy to understand. She also guided me back to my goals whenever I am off course. I believe a solid foundation is the key to success and Courtney has definitely helped me build a great foundation for my nutrition needs!

I reached out to Courtney at Vitality Nutrition looking for some information , mostly on how eat to feel more energized. As a tired Mom of 3, I had resigned myself to never losing the ‘baby weight’ but wanted to at least be able to make it through the day without needing multiple coffees. Courtney dug deeper into my goals and lifestyle and came up with a nutrition plan for me. She provided interesting and relevant educational materials and was encouraging when I faced challenges. After 3 months, I am able to make it through my days with energy to spare, eating 600 calories more per day than when I started working with her, and have also lost 10 pounds. It sounds like magic but it’s science! Courtney values food as fuel for the body and soul and gave me so many tools and strategies to achieve my goals that success was inevitable. I highly recommend Vitality Nutrition!

I've been been a Crossfitter and runner for 10 years and thought I knew a thing or two about exercise nutrition. After four weeks of nutrition counselling with Vitality, I have a new outlook on eating. My food choices have expanded, my protein intake has doubled, and I'm no longer starving between meals.
Courtney's no shame and practical coaching style is refreshing and invigorating!!
I recommend her without reservation.
